Saudi, Canadian Ministers Discuss Strengthening Economic Ties and Investment Cooperation

Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih met with Canadian Minister of International Trade Maninder Sidhu on Sunday to discuss ways to further enhance the business environment, attract quality investments, and expand partnerships between the two countries.
During the meeting in Riyadh, the ministers reviewed opportunities in priority sectors, focusing on measures to strengthen economic relations and bilateral cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Canada.
It is noteworthy that the volume of trade exchange between the Kingdom and Canada reached approximately SR 12 billion in 2023, with expectations of record growth in the coming years.
The discussions reflect ongoing efforts by both nations to deepen economic collaboration, promote mutual investment, and identify strategic opportunities for sustainable growth.
