Saudi Crown Prince Condemns Israeli Attack on Qatar, Reaffirms Unlimited Support

Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has strongly condemned the recent Israeli attack on the State of Qatar, pledging the Kingdom’s unlimited support for any measures Qatar may deem necessary in response.
Speaking at the opening of the second year of the Shura Council’s ninth session, the Crown Prince said Saudi Arabia firmly rejects and condemns the Israeli occupation’s aggression across the region, including the latest assault on Qatar. He stressed that such actions require coordinated Arab, Islamic, and international efforts to halt the occupation’s “criminal practices” aimed at undermining regional security and stability. “Riyadh will stand with Qatar without limits and place all its capabilities at its disposal,” he affirmed.
Prince Mohammed also reiterated the Kingdom’s condemnation of ongoing Israeli assaults on Palestinians in Gaza, particularly forced displacement and deliberate starvation. He emphasized that Gaza is Palestinian land, and the rights of its people are inalienable. “No aggression can strip them of those rights, nor can threats erase them,” he said.
Reaffirming Saudi Arabia’s longstanding commitment to the 2002 Arab Peace Initiative, the Crown Prince described it as a clear framework for achieving a sovereign Palestinian state through a two-state solution. He further highlighted Riyadh’s diplomatic successes in expanding international recognition of Palestine, pointing to the recent High-level International Conference for the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine held in New York as a milestone that strengthened international consensus on the peace process.
