Saudi FM Meets UK Secretary of State to Discuss Regional and International Developments
Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, held a meeting with the British Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Affairs, David Lammy, on Wednesday to discuss key regional and international issues.
In a statement released by the Saudi Foreign Ministry, it was noted that the meeting focused on reviewing the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, with an emphasis on enhancing and developing cooperation across various fields. The discussions also covered the latest developments in the regional and international arenas, with particular attention to the ongoing situation in the Gaza Strip.
The meeting underscored the commitment of both nations to fostering strong diplomatic ties and addressing shared challenges in the region.
The discussion was attended by Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan, further reinforcing the significance of the engagement between the two nations at multiple levels.
