Saudi Foreign Minister Highlights Ties with UAE and Poland

Warsaw, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, on Monday emphasized that relations between Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates remain crucial for regional stability, while acknowledging that the two countries hold “differences in perspectives” on the Yemen issue.

Speaking at a joint press conference with his Polish counterpart in Warsaw, Prince Faisal highlighted Saudi Arabia’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Poland. He announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint coordination council between the two countries, aimed at enhancing strategic and economic cooperation.

Prince Faisal noted that Saudi Arabia looks forward to expanding cooperation with Poland, particularly in the economic sphere, observing that bilateral trade has reached approximately $8 billion, reflecting the strength of economic relations and a growing partnership.

He also stressed that Saudi Arabia and Poland share a common perspective on the importance of supporting stability in Palestine, Yemen, and Sudan, underscoring ongoing coordination on regional and international issues of mutual concern.
