Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong to Pay Official Visit to Vietnam
Hanoi, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore Lawrence Wong and his spouse will undertake an official visit to Vietnam from March 25 to 26, 2025, at the invitation of Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Phạm Minh Chính and his spouse.
The announcement was made in an official press release by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam on Saturday.
The visit is expected to further strengthen the Vietnam-Singapore strategic partnership, fostering bilateral cooperation across various sectors, including trade, investment, education, and sustainable development.
During the visit, Prime Minister Wong is scheduled to hold high-level meetings with Vietnamese leaders, engage in discussions on regional and international issues of mutual interest, and explore avenues to enhance economic and diplomatic ties.
