Six Khwarij Killed in Intelligence-Based Operation in North Waziristan; Two Soldiers Embrace Martyrdom

Mir Ali, The Gulf Observer: Security forces conducted a successful Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) in the general area of Mir Ali, North Waziristan District, on the night between January 29 and 30, eliminating six Khwarij, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

“During the operation, own troops effectively engaged the Khwarij location, and resultantly, six Khwarij were sent to hell,” the ISPR statement read.

However, in the intense exchange of fire, Major Hamza Israr (29), a valiant officer from Rawalpindi, who was leading his troops from the front, and Sepoy Muhammad Naeem (26), a courageous soldier from Naseerabad, embraced martyrdom while fighting bravely.

Following the operation, a sanitization effort is underway to eliminate any remaining threats in the area. The security forces of Pakistan remain steadfast in their commitment to eradicating terrorism from the country, and such sacrifices by the brave soldiers only strengthen their resolve.
