Six schools will function in liberated territories of Azerbaijan
Baku, The Gulf Observer: Six schools will function in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan in the 2023-2024 academic year, the Minister of Science and Education of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev said as he gave a media briefing on the new academic year, according to media reports.
He said that a total of 780 students will study in these schools and 94 teachers will teach them.
The following are the schools that will function in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan:
Zangilan district Aghali village secondary school: 11 classes, 120 students, 15 teachers (Zangilan district Aghali village kindergarten – 1 group);
Tartar district Talish village secondary school: 7 classes, 19 students, 8 teachers (Talish village kindergarten – 1 group);
Fizuli City Secondary School No. 1: 11th grade, 104 students, 15 teachers;
Lachin City Secondary School No. 2: 11 classes, 137 students, 16 teachers;
Lachin district Zabukh village secondary school: 11 classes, 51 students, 15 teachers;
Shusha City Secondary School No. 1: 12th grade, 349 students, 25 teachers.
The Minister noted that the opening of Shusha City School No. 1 is expected to take place in the second half of the academic year.
