Speaker Ayaz Sadiq Congratulates Iran on Resilience and Victory Over Israeli Aggression

Speaker

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Iranian nation for its resilience and triumph in the face of Israeli aggression. His remarks were made during a meeting with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan, Reza Amiri-Moqaddam, held in Islamabad on Friday.

Speaker Sadiq commended the Iranian people’s steadfast resistance and their government’s decisive response to the recent attack by the Israeli regime, describing it as a victory for justice and sovereignty. He emphasized the strong and historic diplomatic ties between Pakistan and Iran and reiterated Pakistan’s support for Iran amid the evolving regional developments.

He further stated that both the people and government of Pakistan stood in full solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran during the recent Israeli assault, expressing deep concern over actions that threaten global peace and stability.

“The measures taken by the Israeli regime are a serious threat to world peace and must be addressed by the international community,” Sadiq said.

The meeting follows Israel’s unprovoked attack on Iranian territory on June 13, during which nuclear, military, and civilian sites were targeted. The assault claimed the lives of more than 600 individuals, including senior military commanders, scientists, and civilians.

In response, Iran launched “Operation True Promise III,” a large-scale retaliatory strike led by the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (I.R.G.C.) Aerospace Force. The operation involved 22 waves of missile strikes that inflicted substantial damage on targets across the occupied territories.

Speaker Sadiq’s remarks reflect Pakistan’s continued call for peace, sovereignty, and mutual respect in regional affairs and its longstanding commitment to solidarity with neighboring nations in times of crisis.
