Sultan of Oman Receives Phone Call from King Phillippe of Belgium

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today received a phone call from King Phillippe Leopold Louis Marie, King of the Belgians.

During the conversation, the two leaders discussed various areas of cooperation between Oman and Belgium and explored means of promoting bilateral relations across multiple sectors. They also exchanged views on recent regional developments.

King Phillippe expressed his country’s solidarity with the Sultanate of Oman regarding the recent incident in the Governorate of Muscat and praised the measures taken by the concerned departments in response to the incident.

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik extended his gratitude to the Belgian monarch for his noble sentiments and supportive gesture.
