Sultan of Oman Sends Condolences to Pakistan Over Flood Victims
Muscat, The Gulf Observer: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Asif Ali Zardari of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the victims of the flash floods and landslides that struck several provinces in the country.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his heartfelt sympathies to President Zardari, the families of the victims, and the people of Pakistan. He prayed to Allah the Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed souls and to bestow patience and strength upon their families during this time of grief.
His Majesty also wished a swift recovery for all those injured in the natural disaster.
