Warsaw, The Gulf Observer: Political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Poland took place on June 17 in Warsaw. The discussions, aimed at enhancing the Turkmen-Polish partnership, covered a wide range of issues and emphasized expanding cooperation in trade, economic, and social sectors.

Both parties exchanged views on current interaction issues and reaffirmed their mutual commitment to strengthening bilateral relations. A significant proposal was made to explore the creation of a Working Group on economic cooperation between Turkmenistan and Poland, reflecting the shared interest in boosting economic ties.

A key highlight of the meeting was the signing of a Cooperation Program between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Poland for 2025-2026. This program aims to provide a structured framework for ongoing collaboration and future initiatives.

On the same day, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Akhmet Gurbanov met with Miroslav Antonovich, Chairman of the Committee of the Organization for Cooperation between Railways (OSJD). The meeting focused on exploring promising areas of bilateral partnership, particularly in the railway sector, underscoring the strategic importance of transportation and logistics in enhancing economic cooperation.

The consultations and subsequent meetings mark a significant step forward in Turkmen-Polish relations, laying the groundwork for more robust economic and social collaboration in the coming years.
