Turkmenistan Celebrates Day of Defenders of the Fatherland with Honor

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: Turkmenistan marked the auspicious occasion of the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland, extending warm wishes and expressions of gratitude to military personnel, law enforcement officers, and the cadets of universities of law enforcement agencies on their professional holiday.

The Turkmen people, throughout history, have held in high regard and esteemed the brave warriors who steadfastly adhere to their sacred oath, demonstrating courage and honor in fulfilling their military duty.
Guided by the principles outlined in the Military Doctrine, characterized by an exclusively defensive nature and in harmony with the peace-loving foreign policy of neutral Turkmenistan, the defenders of the Fatherland play a crucial role in ensuring peace and tranquility in the nation. Their efforts contribute directly to the prosperity and well-being of the people.
Under the leadership of the country, top priorities continue to include enhancing the strength of the Armed Forces, fortifying the material and technical foundations, and infrastructure. Modernizing weapons and military equipment, along with elevating the spiritual, intellectual, and physical readiness of military personnel, remains at the forefront. Additionally, social protection for the families of the defenders is a continuous focus.
A striking and symbolic representation of the strength and capabilities of the Turkmen army is showcased through military parades, a testament to the dedication and prowess of the armed forces.
