During the meeting, participants conducted a comprehensive review of the achievements from the first quarter of 2024 and deliberated on forthcoming measures to advance national action plans focusing on human rights, gender equality, and the protection of children’s rights.

The Commission underscored the significance of fostering active collaboration with United Nations (UN) entities and other international organizations to fulfill Turkmenistan’s international commitments. In this context, discussions centered on enhancing cooperation with the International Labor Organization (ILO), including potential accession to international agreements and the formulation of a “Road Map” outlining collaborative initiatives with the ILO for 2024–2025.
