Turkmenistan, Palestine Discuss Bilateral Ties and Regional Issues
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: On January 16, 2026, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to Turkmenistan Rana Abu Hijleh.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed issues of mutual interest related to Turkmen–Palestinian relations and reviewed prospects for further cooperation.
The parties also exchanged views on a range of regional and international matters of common concern.
The meeting highlighted the humanitarian nature of Turkmenistan’s foreign policy, implemented under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
