Turkmenistan Reannounces Tender for National Pavilion at Expo 2027 Belgrade

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan has reannounced an international tender for the design and construction of the country’s national pavilion at World Expo 2027, scheduled to take place in Belgrade, Serbia.

According to a notice published in the Business Reklama newspaper on Monday, applications for participation in the tender will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. on April 13, 2026.

The development was highlighted during a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on March 13, where Deputy Chairman Nokerguly Atagulyyev presented a report on ongoing efforts to ensure Turkmenistan’s high-level participation in the global event.

The report outlined that preparatory work is already underway, including planning for the construction, design, and technical outfitting of the national pavilion.

World Expo 2027 in Belgrade will be held under the theme “Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All,” providing participating countries with a platform to showcase their cultural heritage, innovation, and development achievements.

Turkmenistan’s participation is expected to highlight the country’s economic potential, cultural identity, and commitment to international cooperation, with the national pavilion set to serve as a key feature of its representation at the global exhibition.
