Twenty Families Resettled in Horovlu Village of Jabrayil District

Jabrayil, The Gulf Observer: A total of 20 families, comprising 77 individuals, were resettled on Tuesday in the village of Horovlu in Azerbaijan’s Jabrayil district as part of the government’s ongoing resettlement and reconstruction efforts.
An official key handover ceremony was held for the newly built houses, marking the return of residents to the village. The event was attended by officials from the Special Representative Office of the President of Azerbaijan in the city of Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts, as well as representatives of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and other relevant authorities.
During the ceremony, officials highlighted the continued commitment of the Azerbaijani government to ensuring the safe and dignified return of former internally displaced persons to their native lands. The resettlement forms part of broader initiatives aimed at restoring infrastructure, improving living conditions, and supporting sustainable development in the liberated territories.
The return of families to Horovlu village reflects steady progress in reconstruction and resettlement programs, providing residents with modern housing and essential services while contributing to the revitalization of the Jabrayil district.
