UAE and Turkmenistan Strengthen Bilateral Ties at World Governments Summit in Dubai

Dubai, The Gulf Observer: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, today received Rashid Meredov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkmenistan, on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit in Dubai.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations and explored avenues to enhance cooperation across various sectors, including economic, trade, investment, and development fields.
They also exchanged perspectives on the significance of the World Governments Summit and its role in advancing governmental initiatives globally, in ways that contribute to sustainable development and the well-being of peoples.
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan reaffirmed the depth of friendly relations between the UAE and Turkmenistan, highlighting the steady growth of bilateral cooperation across diverse sectors aligned with the development priorities of both countries.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, and Omran Sharaf, Assistant Foreign Minister for Advanced Science and Technology.
