UAE Council for Fatwa Calls for Ramadan 1446 Crescent Moon Sighting
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: The UAE Council for Fatwa has urged all citizens and residents to observe the crescent moon of Ramadan 1446 AH on the evening of Friday, 29 Sha’ban 1446 AH, corresponding to February 28, 2025.
The sighting of the crescent moon will determine the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan. The Ramadan Crescent Moon Sighting Committee, established under the UAE Council for Fatwa and tasked with confirming the moon sighting in the country, invites individuals who sight the crescent to report their observations by calling 027774647 or submitting their reports online via the official link: https://forms.office.com/r/CwAUg1buUP.
The UAE Council for Fatwa extended prayers for the blessed month to bring peace, prosperity, and blessings to the Arab and Islamic nations and the world at large.
