UAE-Italy Business Forum Explores Strategic Partnerships and Investment Opportunities

Rome, The Gulf Observer: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni attended the UAE-Italy Business Forum in Rome as part of the UAE President’s state visit to Italy.

The forum focused on strengthening economic cooperation between the two nations, highlighting key sectors such as energy solutions, infrastructure development, healthcare innovations, and digital transformation. Discussions also covered joint investment opportunities in Africa, space exploration, climate action, resource management, and sustainable economic growth.

Bringing together business leaders from both countries, the forum served as a platform for dialogue and the establishment of new trade and investment partnerships. Participants explored ways to enhance bilateral economic ties, particularly in priority sectors.

During the event, Emirati and Italian companies signed several memoranda of understanding and agreements in fields such as technology, digital transformation, and investment, reinforcing the commitment to deepening economic collaboration.

The forum was attended by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President; and several senior officials accompanying Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on his visit to Italy.
