UAE President Holds Strategic Meetings with Tech Leaders in Washington
Washington, The Gulf Observer: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held key discussions with top technology leaders in Washington, including Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, and Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. The meetings, part of Sheikh Mohamed’s official visit to the United States, centered on the rapid advancements in modern technology and artificial intelligence (AI), and the opportunities these developments present for both nations.
The discussions emphasized the deepening collaboration between the UAE and the U.S. in the tech sector, highlighted by recent initiatives such as the partnership between G42 and Microsoft, and the newly announced Global AI Infrastructure Investment Partnership. This partnership, which includes UAE-based MGX, Microsoft, BlackRock, and other major players, aims to drive significant investments in AI to promote global development and prosperity.
Sheikh Mohamed reaffirmed the UAE’s strong commitment to investing in AI and advanced technology to support its national development goals.
