UAE Strongly Condemns Terrorist Attack in Moscow

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has issued a staunch condemnation of the terrorist attack that occurred at a concert hall within a mall in the capital city of Russia, Moscow. The attack tragically resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries among innocent civilians.
