Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the UIM Motosurf World Championship Fujairah Grand Prix 2024 concluded with a thrilling finale that saw the crowning of deserving winners. The event, organized by the Fujairah International Marine Club (FIMC) from April 18th to 20th, showcased exceptional talent from participants representing 20 countries, including the first Emirati contenders from the Youth and Juniors Training Academy at FIMC.

Sheikh Saif bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Chairman of Fujairah Free Zone Authority and Chairman of FIMC, commended the organizers for their exemplary efforts in hosting the championship and attracting world-class champions. He highlighted the pivotal role of events like these in fostering the development of marine sports both locally and on the global stage.

The championship’s closing ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including Martin Jancalek, the UIM MotoSurf World Championship promoter; Jean-Marie Van Lancker, Vice-President of the Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM); Thomas Kurth, Secretary General of the UIM; and Ahmed Ibrahim Al Balushi, Executive Director of FIMC.
