Ursula von der Leyen Receives Credentials from Head of Oman's Delegation to the EU

Brussels, The Gulf Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, formally received Ruaa bint Issa Al Zadjali, who presented her credentials as the head of the Sultanate of Oman’s delegation to the European Union.

In a cordial meeting, Al Zadjali conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to President von der Leyen. The presentation of credentials marks a significant step in strengthening diplomatic relations between Oman and the European Union.

President von der Leyen welcomed Al Zadjali and expressed her commitment to enhancing the collaborative ties between the EU and Oman. The meeting underscored the mutual interest in fostering stronger political, economic, and cultural relations.
