Uzbekistan and Germany Inaugurate Joint School for Training Management Personnel

Uzbekistan, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz jointly presided over the inauguration of a new School for Training Management Personnel, a collaborative project between Uzbekistan and Germany. The initiative aims to enhance the country’s capacity in public administration and management, according to the press service of the Uzbek Presidency.

The School is the result of a partnership between Uzbekistan’s Academy of Public Administration, the Public Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Hanns Seidel Foundation, and the Bavarian School of Public Policy.

During the ceremony, held via videoconference, responsible officials presented the key objectives of the project to the two leaders. The School will focus on developing the skills of management personnel across Uzbekistan’s regions, fostering socio-economic development, attracting foreign investment, and promoting advanced technologies.

Both leaders emphasized the importance of this initiative in strengthening bilateral ties and ensuring long-term cooperation between Uzbekistan and Germany in the field of public administration.
