Uzbekistan and Russia Discuss Expanding Energy Cooperation
Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov, held a meeting with the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Sergei Tsivilev, to discuss expanding bilateral cooperation in the energy sector. The high-level talks focused on strengthening the comprehensive, mutually beneficial partnership between the two nations, particularly in attracting investments and implementing joint projects in the fuel and energy complex.
During the meeting, both ministers emphasized the importance of creating favorable conditions to further enhance cooperation. They exchanged views on advancing technology sharing and developing new initiatives that would boost the energy sectors of both countries.
