Vietnam Airlines Announces Direct Flight from Hanoi to Milan

Hanoi, The Gulf Observer: National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines (VNA) has announced the launch of a direct flight from Hanoi to Milan, Italy, commencing on July 1, 2025. This milestone represents the first and only direct service to Italy offered by a Vietnamese airline.

Following the inauguration of the Hanoi-Milan route, Vietnam Airlines plans to introduce a direct flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Milan after 2025.

With this new service, Vietnam Airlines will operate a total of nine direct flights to Europe, enhancing connectivity and solidifying Vietnam’s presence in the European aviation market.

In addition, Vietnam Airlines will initiate direct flights between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Munich, Germany, starting in early October.

This expansion is part of Vietnam Airlines’ ongoing commitment to improve international travel options for passengers and foster greater economic ties between Vietnam and Europe.
