Beijing, The Gulf Observer: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and Vietnamese President To Lam is set to pay a state visit to China from August 18 to 20, following an invitation from General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Chinese President Xi Jinping. The announcement was made on Thursday by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying.
