Oman-Britain carry out joint military exercise
Muscat, The Gulf Observer: The joint Oman-Britain military exercise, codenamed “Magic Carpet 2023”, began at the drill zone in the Governorate of Dhofar today.
The exercise is conducted by the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) and the British Royal Air Force, with support from the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) and the Sultan’s Special Force (SSF). Oman News Agency (ONA) reported.
The drill, which continues till 23 February 2023, includes executing joint training air operations within the framework of joint cooperation and sharing military expertise between the Sultanate of Oman and the United Kingdom according to the training programme adopted by RAFO Command to exchange experience with sisterly and friendly countries.
