Ambassador Movlamov Meets Senator Sitara Ayaz to Strengthen Inter-Parliamentary Ties

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Ambassador of Turkmenistan A. Movlamov held a meeting with the Secretary General of the International Congress of Parliamentarians (IPC), Senator Ms. Sitara Ayaz.

During the discussions, both sides reviewed prospects for intensifying and expanding bilateral cooperation, with a particular emphasis on strengthening inter-parliamentary relations and facilitating the exchange of experience between the parliamentarians of IPC and the Mejlis of Turkmenistan. Special attention was devoted to the establishment of sustainable channels of dialogue aimed at ensuring more effective coordination on issues of mutual interest.

The participants highlighted the importance of maintaining regular contact and promoting reciprocal visits between representatives of the two legislative bodies, underlining their crucial role in fostering mutual trust and understanding.

Expressing confidence in the outcomes of the meeting, both parties affirmed that the continued development of inter-parliamentary ties would serve as a strong foundation for enhancing cooperation not only at the bilateral level but also within broader regional and international frameworks.
