Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: The Australian High Commissioner to Pakistan, H.E. Neil Hawkins, shared warm Eid al-Adha greetings with the people of Pakistan and the Pakistani community in Australia, marking the occasion with a symbolic visit to a local bakra mandi (livestock market).

In a message posted on social media, the High Commissioner said:

“Visited the bakra mandi – getting into the festive spirit with our Pakistani friends! BakraEid Mubarak to all celebrating across Pakistan, and to the thousands marking Eid back home in Australia. 🐐🇵🇰🇦🇺”
