Azerbaijan and Armenia Hold Meeting on Missing Persons

Baku, The Gulf Observer: On February 7, a meeting took place on the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border between representatives of the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages, and Missing Persons of Azerbaijan and the Interagency Commission on the Issues of Prisoners of War, Hostages, and Missing (Whereabouts Unknown) Persons of Armenia.
The discussions focused on efforts to determine the fate of missing persons, with both sides exchanging views on the matter. Both commissions agreed to continue bilateral discussions aimed at resolving the issue and ensuring the continued cooperation between the two countries on this critical humanitarian issue.
