Azerbaijan Begins New Phase of Resettlement to Jabrayil City

Baku, The Gulf Observer: In accordance with the directives of President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan has commenced another phase of resettlement to the city of Jabrayil. This initiative marks a significant step in the government’s efforts to facilitate the return of citizens to their ancestral lands.
On Saturday, 42 families, consisting of 206 individuals, were successfully relocated to Jabrayil. This phase is part of Azerbaijan’s broader program to rehabilitate and repopulate liberated territories following their restoration under national sovereignty.
The resettlement efforts are complemented by extensive reconstruction and development projects in Jabrayil, including infrastructure improvements, housing developments, and public services. These initiatives aim to ensure sustainable living conditions for the returning population.
The resettlement program underscores Azerbaijan’s commitment to revitalizing liberated regions and enhancing the well-being of its citizens. Further phases of resettlement are expected to follow, contributing to the comprehensive restoration of these historic lands.
