Azerbaijan Establishes Days of Khankandi, Khojaly, Khojavand and Aghdara
Baku, The Gulf Observer: On September 20, the Republic of Azerbaijan has officially designated special days for the cities of Khankandi, Khojaly, Khojavand, and Aghdara. This decision was formalized through an Order signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
The Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with relevant presidential representatives, will take necessary measures to address the implications of this Order. Additionally, the Cabinet of Ministers will be responsible for resolving associated issues.
This initiative aims to honor the cultural and historical significance of these cities within Azerbaijan.
