Azerbaijan Resettles Families in Jabrayil’s Horovlu Village Under Great Return Program

Baku, The Gulf Observer: In line with the directives of President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan has launched a new stage of its Great Return program, facilitating the resettlement of families to Horovlu village in the Jabrayil district.

As part of this phase, a total of 22 families, comprising 85 individuals, have been relocated to Horovlu, marking continued progress in the government’s efforts to restore and repopulate liberated territories.

The Great Return program aims to ensure the safe, sustainable, and dignified return of former internally displaced persons through the reconstruction of infrastructure, housing, and public services in the affected regions.
