Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkmenistan Honoured with Turkmenistan Neutrality Awards
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: Gismat Gozalov, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkmenistan, has been awarded by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov in recognition of his diplomatic contributions.
Under an official order signed by President Berdimuhamedov, Ambassador Gozalov received the Jubilee Medal “30 Years of Neutrality of Turkmenistan” and the Commemorative Silver Badge “30 Years of Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan.”
The awards were formally presented by Rashid Meredov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, during a conference titled “The Year of International Peace and Trust: Resolute Steps of Neutral Turkmenistan,” held in Ashgabat on December 25.
The recognition underscores the longstanding diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan and highlights Ambassador Gozalov’s efforts in fostering bilateral cooperation and strengthening mutual understanding between the two nations.
