Baku, The Gulf Observer: Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov have had a phone conversation, according to the reports of Russian Foreign Ministry.
The sides exchanged views on the most topical international and regional agenda.
