Baku Gears Up for Summer Season and Nowruz with Citywide Cleanup Initiative

Baku, The Gulf Observer: In anticipation of the upcoming summer season and the Nowruz holiday, Baku is set to host the “Imecilik” initiative, as announced by the Baku City Executive Authority. Scheduled for March 9, a city-wide parade under the banner “Welcome Novruz with a clean city” will mark the commencement of this community-driven effort.
The Baku City Executive Power has issued a call to residents of the capital, as well as the collectives of enterprises, departments, organizations, entrepreneurs, and private sector employees to actively participate in this event. The initiative aims to unite the community in fostering a clean and welcoming environment in preparation for the summer season and the festive Nowruz celebrations.
