Brunei Crown Prince Receives Outgoing Canadian High Commissioner Ambra Dickie in Audience

Bandar Seri Begawan, The Gulf Observer: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, received in audience Ambra Dickie, the outgoing High Commissioner of Canada to Brunei Darussalam, on Monday.
The Audience Ceremony was held at Qashr Al-Meezaan, marking the conclusion of Dickie’s diplomatic mission to the Sultanate.
Ambra Dickie presented her Letter of Credence to His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, on 20 October 2022.
During her tenure, High Commissioner Dickie worked to strengthen bilateral relations between Canada and Brunei, particularly in areas of trade, education, and people-to-people exchanges.
The audience reflects Brunei’s tradition of formally acknowledging the service of foreign envoys and reaffirming diplomatic ties with its international partners.
