Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: The Corps of Service Attachés (COSA) hosted a prestigious COSA Golf Tournament at the Pines Golf Club, Islamabad, bringing together members of the diplomatic communities in a spirit of friendship, sportsmanship, and cooperation.
