Crown Prince of Brunei Receives Outgoing Ambassador of Laos in Farewell Audience
Bandar Seri Begawan, The Gulf Observer: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, granted an audience on Thursday to Her Excellency Sengdavanh Vongsay, the outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to Brunei Darussalam.
The farewell audience was held at Qashr Al-Meezaan, underscoring the warm diplomatic ties between Brunei Darussalam and the Lao PDR.
Ambassador Vongsay presented her Letter of Credence to His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, on 24th May 2022.
Her tenure marked continued cooperation and strengthened bilateral relations between the two nations. The audience served as a gesture of appreciation for her contributions to fostering diplomatic and socio-economic collaboration.
