Embassy of Uzbekistan urges Uzbek citizens to leave Ukraine

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Ukraine called on citizens of Uzbekistan to leave Ukraine for their personal safety. This was stated on the website of the diplomatic mission.

“In connection with the appeal of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the security of entry and stay on the territory of Ukraine, against the backdrop of intensified rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities, the embassy reiterates its call on compatriots to refrain from traveling to Ukraine until the conflict is resolved,” the message says.

“In addition, in light of the aggravation of the situation on the fronts, as well as the high likelihood of continued rocket and artillery strikes throughout Ukraine, we ask our compatriots to leave the country for the sake of personal safety,” the embassy said.
