Exhibition of Economic Achievements of Turkmenistan kicks off in Ashgabat
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The Exhibition of Economic Achievements of Turkmenistan started on Wednesday at the at the expo center Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan.
The exhibition, dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the country’s Independence, will continue until September 21, according to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in his message to the participants of the exhibition, congratulated them on the opening of the event.
“I am convinced that this large-scale exhibition will be of great importance and, by demonstrating the successes and high achievements of the sovereign Motherland, will give impetus to our next initiatives and the promotion of new projects,” President Berdimuhamedov said in his message.
The exhibition showcases the country’s economic achievements and activities, including the introduction of innovative technologies in production, the production of import-substituting and export-oriented products, achievements in the fields of energy, industry, agriculture, transport, communications, petroleum, natural gas, chemistry, modern construction and architecture, health, sports, tourism, science, education, trade, and services, culture, as well as efforts to save water and natural resources.
The organizers have set up a special zone for presentations of innovative solutions based on the latest technological achievements in the exhibition hall.
