Faith and Patience Key to True Strength, Says Al-Huffaz CEO at 184th Munajat Night

Bandar Seri Begawan, The Gulf Observer: True strength begins with sincere prostration, from which blessed success emerges, said Al-Huffaz Management Chief Executive Officer Haji Mohammad Loqman Al-Hakim bin Haji Hamdan during the 184th Munajat night held on Saturday.

Delivering a spiritual sharing titled Motivasi Ilmiah, he emphasised that, “In the stillness of the night, a believer entrusts their hopes and ambitions to Allah the Almighty. Dreams anchored in faith are not only built with effort, but also with prayer, reliance and patience.”

The event, organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, took place at Kampong Sungai Hanching Mosque. The evening began with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar and Surah Al-Fatihah led by Waqiuddin bin Haji Yusri, followed by Surah Al-Mulk recited by Hezqyl bin Haji Hambali.

The Doa Munajat was delivered by Abdul Hakim bin Dr Haji Roslan, while Selawat Ibrahimiyyah was led by Muhammad Fawzan bin Haji Abu Kasim. The gathering concluded with the Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam, recited by Pengiran Mohamad Retauddin bin Pengiran Haji Abdul Razak from the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism.

Participants included mosque takmir committees, congregants from mosques, suraus and prayer halls nationwide, as well as staff from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and their families, many of whom joined virtually from their homes.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs continues to welcome the public to participate in Munajat night, held weekly every Saturday, as a way to spiritually reconnect with Allah the Almighty through Istighfar and Quranic recitation.
