First Central Asia Regional Expert Council Meeting on Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Returnees from Conflict Zones Commences in Tashkent
Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: Today marks the inauguration of the inaugural meeting of the Central Asia Regional Expert Council in Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Returnees from armed conflict zones, convened in Tashkent, as per media sources. The event is orchestrated by the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan (ISRS), in collaboration with the State Security Service, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Committee on Family and Women under the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction, alongside the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT), the United Nations Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA), and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan.
Esteemed dignitaries from Central Asian nations, alongside representatives from esteemed international bodies such as the United Nations and the OSCE, are anticipated to participate in the maiden session of the Regional Expert Council in Tashkent.
