Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Visits International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival 2025 in Baku

Baku, The Gulf Observer: Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder of IDEA Public Union, along with Arzu Aliyeva, Head of the Baku Media Center, and Alena Aliyeva, visited the International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival (SAF 2025) at the Baku Expo Center. The event is organised with the support of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Science and Education and the “STEAM Azerbaijan” project.
During the visit, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev highlighted the festival’s objectives, programme, and the diverse projects presented across multiple scientific and technological areas.
The delegation toured the exhibition stands, met participants, and explored innovative projects developed by young inventors. Leyla Aliyeva, Arzu Aliyeva, and Alena Aliyeva engaged with the participants and took commemorative photographs with them.
The festival, running from November 17 to 19, features categories including robotics, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, drone and satellite technologies, art, engineering, and other innovative projects.
More than 1,400 participants have qualified for the final stage, including 202 representatives from 22 foreign countries, showcasing the international scope and growing prestige of the festival.
SAF 2025 continues to serve as a platform to inspire young innovators, foster scientific creativity, and strengthen STEAM education in Azerbaijan and abroad.
