In his message, Ambassador Tukhtaev remarked, “March 23 is not just a date. It is the day when a dream shared by millions found its voice. It is the day when the word ‘Pakistan’ first echoed like a prayer, like hope, like a pledge — to be united, to be free, to remain true to oneself. It is the day when history changed its course — for the sake of the future, honor, and the people.”
