His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Appoints Non-Resident Ambassador to Ukraine
Muscat, The Gulf Observer: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 31/2025, appointing a non-resident ambassador to Ukraine.
Under Article (1) of the decree, Maithaa bint Saif bin Majid Al Mahrouqi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, has been designated as Oman’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Ukraine.
Article (2) states that the decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and will be enforced from the date of its issuance.
