Singapore, The Gulf Observer: In a significant diplomatic move, Indonesia’s Minister of Defense and President-elect Prabowo Subianto engaged in bilateral discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, emphasizing the imperative of advancing and sustaining global peace and security. The bilateral meeting transpired on Saturday, June 1, amidst the prestigious IISS Shangri-La Dialogue, a prominent defense summit in Asia, hosted in Singapore.

Expressing gratitude for President Zelenskyy’s proactive approach in convening the meeting, Minister Prabowo conveyed warm greetings and appreciation through a statement released by his ministry in Jakarta on Sunday.
