Israel Conducts New Air Strikes on Gaza City, Resulting in Civilian Casualties

Gaza City, The Gulf Observer: Israel has carried out new air strikes on Gaza City, causing numerous civilian casualties, according to the Palestinian official WAFA news agency. Casualties have been reported from the Sheikh Radwan and Shujaeya neighborhoods, as well as the eastern parts of Gaza City.

Earlier today, Israeli air strikes in Deir al Balah, located in central besieged Gaza, resulted in the deaths of at least 12 civilians, with several others wounded, WAFA reported. The WAFA correspondent noted that the bodies of 12 individuals were transported to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al Balah following an air strike on the Eslayyim family house.

Additional fatalities were reported in the Shejaiya neighborhood, where three civilians were killed in the Al-Mansura area, and three others lost their lives in western Rafah, the news agency stated.

Medical sources informed WAFA that since dawn, the bodies of at least 31 civilians, including children and women, have been received by hospitals within the enclave.

The recent escalation in violence has led to growing concerns over the humanitarian situation in Gaza, with calls for immediate de-escalation and protection of civilians.
