Katara Summer Camp enhances skills, knowledge development

Doha, The Gulf Observer: The Katara Summer Camp continues its activities for the second week in a row, with the participation of 50 children between the ages of 10 to 13 years.

The camp records the participation of the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, the Qatar Red Crescent, the Al Jazeera Media Institute, the Nomas Center, and the Shooting Club.

The programme for today, Tuesday, will include a range of activities and lectures, including training workshops on first aid methods, safety methods, fire and accident prevention, lectures on hospitality and council etiquette, in addition to a visit to the Thuraya Planetarium, a tour of the Al Qannas Association headquarters, and encouraging sports competitions in football and beach volleyball.
